Sticky Situation

Tina and Mark are assigned to work together on a report for class.  But Tina ends up doing most of the work while Mark mostly goofs off.  Their teacher gives the report a good grade and praises them in front of the class.  Tina is upset because Mark is getting equal credit even though he barely did any work.  If this happens to you this year, what can you do about it?

If i were in Tina's position i would just try to ignore what the other person that i was working with was doing. Even though they really didn't do anything I just wouldn't make it a big deal.

I would confess that I was goofing around and do EVERYTHING over again.

If someone was goofing around and not doing there work then i would let them do there work by themselves.

Well If I were Tina I would go to the teacher at recess and tell her I did most of the work so Mark shouldn't get a good grade. I know that sounds mean but you guys KNOW I don't let people get credit they don't deserve.

Well what if they have a test and Mark doesn't know what to do so no one is gonna help him! and he'll probably get pulled and be asked questions why he failed.

I would just get a bad grade on it and see how my partner likes it.

If i were Tina i would have done half of it then told Mark to do the other half cause he needs to work to and if he doesn't do it i would just return half completed.

@Angelina: That's not mean, that is what you all SHOULD do if you are ever in that situation this year. I need to know when/if this is ever happening.

I would just keep working by myself and wouldn't really care about my partner if he wasn't working with me

What I would do if i was in Tina's situation is explain to the teacher when you have time to and tell her about him not doing his share. You should get credit for what you did.

I would go and tell the teacher my situation and let her know that he doesn't deserved to get equal credit. OR I would confront the person I was working with and tell them to fess up or tell the teacher himself/herself.

If I was Tina I would tell the teacher Mark doesnt deserve credit. What if there was a test? Mark probably wouldnt do so good.

If I have a person that goofs around for my partner i would give them a chance but, if they still keeps goofing around i will tell the teacher and i will work by myself or have a good partner that does not goof around and all that stuff.

I will tell the teacher on this person because that person didnt even do any work so why does this "person" get to have credit.

I woud make Mark a deal if you work on this together, I would give you candy.......Also I would do the same thing as Angelina!

I would tell the teacher because i don't think it's fair that one person does all the work or ask for another partner.
